Our meals are true moments of pleasure and shared experience. 

Upon prior request, we offer breakfast, dinner and Equilibrium Cuisine workshops.Equilibrium Cuisine.

We prioritise high-quality nutrition based on fresh, organic, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, edible flowers and aromatic herbs. 

Creative and vegetarian, our cuisine is inspired by living foods and Ayurvedic principles — a vibrant celebration of colours and flavours designed to awaken all the senses.

How do I take care of myself?

Do you feel called to care for your well-being and health in a preventive, holistic and empowering way?

For us, everything begins with the care and respect we offer ourselves and our bodies. This may be guided by the teachings of Ayurveda, natural preventive methods, and the mindful use of simple, accessible tools that we have (too often) forgotten.

Upon prior request, you may enjoy deep relaxation through Ayurvedic massage or foot reflexology, provided by certified therapists.
